Polestar 4 SUV Dual Motor

The Polestar 4 Dual Motor (MY27) is a high-performance electric SUV coupé that blends the practicality of an SUV with the sleek styling of a grand tourer. For the 2027 model year, Polestar has revised the chassis, suspension and model structure, delivering improved ride quality, sharper handling and greater efficiency. The Dual Motor variant sits near the top of the range and combines powerful all-wheel-drive performance with long-distance usability.

Powered by two electric motors producing a combined 400 kW (544 hp) and 686 Nm of torque, the Dual Motor accelerates from 0-62 mph in around 3.9 seconds while maintaining a top speed of 124 mph. An intelligent disconnect clutch on the front motor can improve efficiency during cruising while preserving all-wheel-drive traction when needed.

Energy is supplied by a 100 kWh battery pack with approximately 94 kWh usable capacity, providing a WLTP range of up to 367 miles (590 km). Fast charging capability of up to 200 kW DC allows a 10-80% recharge in approximately 30 minutes, making the Polestar 4 well suited to long-distance journeys.

Inside, the Polestar 4 delivers a premium Scandinavian cabin focused on technology and sustainability. A large central touchscreen powered by Google’s Android Automotive operating system, premium materials, advanced driver assistance systems and a spacious five-seat layout help position it as a competitor to the Porsche Macan Electric, BMW iX and Audi Q6 e-tron.
