About the Nissan Leaf 75 kWh

The Nissan Leaf 75 kWh represents the next generation of Nissan’s pioneering electric vehicle, transforming the iconic Leaf from a traditional hatchback into a sleek crossover designed for the modern EV market. Built on Nissan’s latest electric vehicle architecture, the new Leaf combines significantly improved range, modern styling and enhanced technology, while continuing the model’s reputation as a practical and accessible electric family car.

Powered by a single front-mounted electric motor producing 218 hp (160 kW) and 354 Nm of torque, the Leaf 75 kWh offers responsive performance and smooth everyday driving characteristics. The front-wheel-drive powertrain enables acceleration from 0-62 mph in approximately 7.6 seconds, while top speed is electronically limited to 99 mph (160 km/h).

The vehicle is equipped with a 75.1 kWh battery pack and delivers up to 375 miles (604 km) WLTP range, making it the longest-range Leaf ever produced. This places it firmly amongst the most capable family EVs in its segment and marks a substantial improvement over previous generations.

Charging performance has also been significantly improved. The new Leaf supports up to 150 kW DC rapid charging, while AC charging is available at up to 7.2 kW. In Europe, the model adopts the industry-standard CCS charging connector, improving compatibility with the growing public charging network.

Inside, the Leaf offers a modern and spacious cabin with seating for five passengers, advanced connectivity features and a practical crossover body style. Boot capacity reaches approximately 565 litres, expanding to more than 1,570 litres with the rear seats folded, making it highly practical for families and long-distance travel.

The Nissan Leaf 75 kWh combines impressive range, practicality and value in a package designed to compete with rivals such as the Kia EV3, Hyundai Kona Electric and Volkswagen ID.3. As the latest evolution of one of the world’s most recognisable EV names, it aims to make long-range electric motoring more accessible than ever.
