Kia EV6 GT

The Kia EV6 GT is the flagship high-performance version of Kia’s award-winning EV6, delivering supercar-rivalling acceleration alongside everyday practicality. Built on Hyundai Motor Group’s advanced E-GMP 800V platform, the EV6 GT combines track-focused performance with long-distance usability and family-friendly versatility.

Powered by a dual-motor All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system producing up to 641 hp (478 kW) and 770 Nm of torque, the latest EV6 GT is one of the most powerful vehicles Kia has ever produced. It accelerates from 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in just 3.2-3.4 seconds and reaches a top speed of approximately 160 mph (257 km/h).

The EV6 GT is equipped with an 84.0 kWh battery pack and offers up to 279 miles (449 km) WLTP range in UK specification. Despite its extreme performance capabilities, the large battery ensures strong everyday usability and long-distance touring capability.

A major strength of the EV6 GT is its advanced 800V electrical architecture, enabling ultra-fast charging. Using a compatible 350 kW DC rapid charger, the battery can recharge from 10-80% in approximately 18 minutes. The vehicle also supports AC charging at up to 11 kW.

Inside, the EV6 GT receives a dedicated performance-focused interior featuring GT bucket seats, neon-green accents, premium trim materials and dual 12.3-inch curved displays. The cabin comfortably accommodates five occupants while retaining the practicality that has made the EV6 popular with families.

Practicality remains impressive for a performance EV. The EV6 GT includes a luggage compartment, front storage area (frunk) and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) functionality, allowing appliances and electrical devices to be powered directly from the vehicle’s battery.
