XPENG G6 RWD Long Range

The XPENG G6 RWD Long Range is a sophisticated electric SUV-coupé designed to compete directly with the Tesla Model Y, combining impressive range, ultra-fast charging and advanced technology. Built on XPENG’s latest EV platform, the G6 focuses on efficiency, practicality and long-distance usability.

Powered by a rear-mounted electric motor producing 296 hp (218 kW) and 440 Nm of torque, the G6 RWD Long Range delivers smooth and responsive performance. The rear-wheel-drive configuration enables a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) acceleration time of 6.7 seconds and a top speed of approximately 126 mph (202 km/h).

The vehicle is equipped with an 80 kWh usable battery (80.8 kWh nominal) and offers up to 326 miles (525 km) WLTP range in the latest model year. The efficient drivetrain consumes approximately 15.2 kWh/100 km, helping maximise real-world driving distance.

One of the G6’s biggest strengths is its charging technology. Built around an advanced 800V electrical architecture, the vehicle supports up to 425-451 kW DC rapid charging, allowing a 10-80% recharge in as little as 12 minutes under ideal conditions. This places it among the fastest-charging EVs currently available.

Inside, the G6 offers a spacious five-seat cabin with a minimalist design, large central touchscreen and XPENG’s advanced driver assistance systems. Practicality is strong, with a 571-litre boot expanding to 1,374 litres when the rear seats are folded.
