Ford Mustang Mach-E Extended Range AWD

The Ford Mustang Mach‑E Extended Range AWD combines Mustang-inspired styling with the practicality of a family SUV and the confidence of dual-motor all-wheel drive. It is one of Ford’s most compelling electric vehicles, offering a blend of performance, long-distance capability and everyday usability.

Powered by two electric motors driving all four wheels, the Extended Range AWD delivers up to 272 kW (365 hp) and 580 Nm of torque, enabling 0–62 mph acceleration in around 5.8 seconds while maintaining a comfortable and refined driving experience. The AWD system provides enhanced traction in wet or slippery conditions, making the Mach‑E particularly well suited to UK roads.

A large 91 kWh usable battery provides a WLTP range of up to 342 miles (550 km), making it a strong option for drivers who regularly undertake longer journeys. Fast charging is supported at up to 150 kW DC, allowing convenient top-ups during motorway stops, while the standard 11 kW AC onboard charger enables overnight charging at home or work.

Inside, the Mach‑E offers a spacious and modern cabin centred around a large portrait touchscreen with Ford’s SYNC infotainment system. With seating for five, a roomy rear passenger area and 402 litres of boot space, it balances practicality with premium technology. A further 100-litre front storage compartment (frunk) adds useful additional luggage space.

Visually, the Mach‑E stands out from traditional SUVs thanks to its coupe-inspired roofline, muscular wheel arches and distinctive Mustang design cues. Despite its sporty appearance, it remains a practical family vehicle with generous interior space and a comfortable ride.
