About the Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron performance
The Audi Q4 Sportback e‑tron performance (MY27) is the longest-range rear-wheel-drive version of Audi’s compact electric coupé-SUV. Built on the Volkswagen Group MEB platform, it combines improved efficiency, strong performance and a sleek Sportback design that enhances aerodynamics and range.
Power comes from a rear-mounted motor producing 286 hp (210 kW) and 545 Nm of torque, making it significantly more powerful than the standard Q4 e‑tron. Performance is brisk, with 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 6.6 seconds and a top speed of 112 mph (180 km/h).
The MY27 model uses a 77-79 kWh usable battery (82-84 kWh gross depending on source methodology) and delivers an official WLTP range of 277 miles (445 km), while EV Database estimates a practical real-world range of approximately 280 miles (451 km).
Charging performance has improved for MY27. The vehicle supports 11 kW AC charging and up to 165 kW DC rapid charging, allowing a typical 10-80% charge in around 30 minutes. Battery preconditioning and Plug & Charge are both supported.
The updated model also introduces bidirectional charging capability, including Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) functionality with up to 3.6 kW output, and support for future V2H/V2G capability where infrastructure allows.
Practicality remains one of the Q4 Sportback’s strengths, with seating for five and a generous 527-litre boot, expanding to 1,460 litres with the rear seats folded.
The Audi Q4 Sportback e‑tron performance (MY27) is aimed at drivers seeking premium styling, efficient long-range capability and everyday practicality. Its key rivals include the BMW iX2 eDrive20, Mercedes‑Benz EQA 300, CUPRA Tavascan Endurance and Tesla Model Y RWD.
