Charging capability is a major strength of Audi’s Premium Platform Electric architecture. The A6 Avant e-tron supports Type 2 AC charging for home, workplace, and destination charging, alongside CCS DC rapid charging at up to 225 kW. Under favourable conditions, a typical rapid-charging session can take approximately 22 minutes, allowing drivers to recover significant range in a short amount of time and continue their journey with minimal interruption.
